The creature itself is grizzly, yet lacking in actual gore, I like it :]
Also the lighting and contrast used especially around the jack'o'lanterns is making my nipples hard :P

I like the composition of the picture. The way the dragon is 'embrassing' her face is interesting.

So I take it this is the face of your girl friend etc? What is her association with dragons?
The bold white outline is also a good choice :D It really brings them forward from the background.
